Protected health information

Your medical records, test results and clinical communications are protected health information (PHI) governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to you at your first visit and available at the clinic on request. This website's contact forms are not a secure channel for PHI — please use the patient portal for anything clinical.

How we use your information

How we protect your information

We maintain administrative, physical and technical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. This site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, request deletion where we are not required to retain it, and opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Children's privacy

We care for patients of all ages, including children, but this website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information online from a child without a parent or guardian's involvement.
