Appointments and online scheduling

Requests submitted through this website are requests, not confirmed appointments. An appointment exists only once our staff confirms it with you by phone, email or through the patient portal. Online scheduling is provided through AdvancedMD and is subject to their terms.

Insurance, fees and payment

We accept all major health insurance plans except Medicaid and Humana. Coverage varies by plan, and verifying your own benefits remains your responsibility — please call (913) 291-0135 before your visit. Self-pay prices published on this site are current at the time of posting and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to another patient. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Concierge membership

Concierge medicine membership is an optional service that supplements — and does not replace — insurance-based care. Membership fees are not insurance and are not a substitute for health coverage. Membership terms, including fees and cancellation, are set out in the membership agreement you sign when you enroll.

Aesthetic and elective treatments

Aesthetic treatments are elective, generally not covered by insurance, and results vary between individuals. All such treatments require a consultation and informed consent, and are subject to clinical suitability. Nothing on this site guarantees a particular outcome.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, graphics and design — is owned by JioMed Family Medicine Clinic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute the content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful, abusive or harmful material, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.
